Towards the end of last month, Another popular Kalenjin artist passed on after being allegedly beaten by unknown people in Baringo. The late Benard sang alias Ainamoi superstar had attended a video launch of one of his friends who resides in Baringo county. At the same night after the show in one of the clubs in Ravine, he was thoroughly beaten over unknown reasons. He was later hospitalized in an hospital in Nakuru town before being pronounced dead.
This comes just two years after another popular musician died by road accident. As at now, kalenjin nation have lost Atleast 5 artists in a span of less than 10 years.
Through the standard digital verified facebook page, the post mortem report carried out by a senior government pathologist indicates that the deceased died of an abdominal injury that he suffered after being hit by blunt objects.
