The 10/10 show host on Citizen TV Willis Raburu has opened up about his divorce from his ex-wife Marya Prudence. In an interview with Massawe Jappani, the broadcaster admitted that he initiated the divorce process.
“All respect to her. We resolved everything in court and we broke up well. I’m fine” he said, how it went.
Raburu, however, admitted that the act of separation from his ex-wife hurt his heart a lot.
“It was so painful. It’s not something I would wish on anyone! “he said.
He added, “Nobody goes into a marriage expecting to get out. Sometimes we lose ourselves. ”
He also pointed out that memories of his broken marriage haunt him from time to time.
Despite their separation, the presenter noted that he will continue to maintain his respect for Miss Prudence.
“I will respect her because she is the mother of my child.”
Raburu admitted that he had a hand in the breakup of his marriage. However, he did not reveal the real reasons for breaking up with Prudence.

“Sometimes I forgot myself a little. I lost myself and lost my feelings. That led to other things that eventually separated us,” he said.
Raburu and Prudence separated in early 2020 and initiated divorce proceedings. The two had tied the knot in 2017 in a ceremony attended by several family members and friends.
