The episode begins when Sultana was preparing to leave for the town where she was going to receive her medication. Asya arrives at her home looking for Bi Salama who had sent for her.
However, Asya did not find Bi Salama by the time she arrived at her compound. She found Sultana who was already on her way. Sultana was curious to know what Asya wanted but she told her that she was just a passerby.
Sultana was sceptical about Asya’s visit and she told her that her voice was not new to her. However, she told Asya that she had found someone willing to help her get her eyes opened. Immediately, Asya responded by inquiring whether it was Jabali Junior.
Sultana becomes more interested in the intention of the passersby who knew more about Jabali Junior. She reprimanded her for spying on her and reporting the matter to Major Jabali.
In a short while, Bi Salama arrives and she told Asya that the time to reveal the truth to Major Jabali had reached and that he should stop mistreating her daughter Sultana.
Asya almost fainted on hearing that Bi Salama wanted Major Jabali to know the deep secret that had been hidden from him for years now. She requested that Bi Salama give her time to process and find a way of breaking the news to the most feared ed man in the village, Major Jabali.
