Some celebrities aren’t content to be known for their success in music, acting or sport they’ve leveraged their fame and wealth to create new heights of success.

Speaking to Mungai Eve on her YouTube channel, TikTok sensation David Moya responded to claims that he has joined wash wash commonly known as investment fraud. This comes after he opened his high-end spa in Kilimani.

Moya revealed that social media is a very lucrative business and most influencers make crazy money when they have a good strategy. He however dismissed the wash wash rumours and said he has worked hard for everything he has.

“Mafans wangu ndio wameniweka kwa hii game for long and I really appreciate. They are always fighting for me out there. There are so many informations zenye huwa zinatoka huko nje zenye mimi sioni.

Mwingine nikifungua spa anasema ni wash wash. Kwa hii story na influencing if you play your card right you are going to get something. You are going to get money.

Watu wanadhani izi ni apps tu ziko eti hakuna vyenye unaweza turn them into money. Sisi tushakuwa wajaja, tukaelewa how it works out. Mimi huwaacha tu. But I have worked for it.”

He thanked his fans for supporting and promoting his business.

“Clients wana come in. It’s amazing, nafurahi sana. Mafans wangu hawajaniangusha.”

He also said he be will venturing into other businesses in future that he will publicly not reveal about at the moment.

“I have so many future plans but now naaumua nicheze chini ya maji kwa sababu huku nje ukiannounce kitu mwingene asharukia. For now nacheza low key but I have so many plans indeed. When I will launch you guys will be there.”
