Via a social media post on Friday, August 12, the singer said he lost the elections in the ward in Kitui county while congratulating his opponents.
The controversial musician, who previously said he received a prophecy he would win the seat, expressed pride in himself, saying he came second.
Kasolo noted that he would vie for the seat again in 2027 while assuring his supporters of his help. βTo those who voted for me, I am your MCA. If you have problem do not hesitate to tell me.β
