Flamboyant matatu boss Jimal Roho Safi was rushed to the hospital after he suddenly fell ill over the weekend. Jimal took to social media and shared a photo in the hospital and revealed that for the last few days, he has not been feeling well, prompting him to seek medical help after his health deteriorated.
He had just left his office when his health deteriorated. Although he did not disclose what he was ailing from, his sister Leila Hassan revealed that he fell ill due to fatigue.
Leila said her brother has been working for long hours without rest, leading to burnout. He rarely sleeps and this has greatly affected his health.
She advised him to put his health first even as he hustles hard and further prayed for his quick recovery.
Jimal runs several businesses among them a microfinance company that he started last year. He has been dedicating a lot of time to the company as seen in his social media posts.
He also runs several matatus in the city besides representing all the matatu owners in Nairobi. Below is a post by his sister advising him to put his health first.
