The former pop star and her fiancé Sam Asghari announced a few weeks ago they are expecting their first child together.
And now details of a prenup are emerging.
A new report claims that Britney Spears’ team is ironing out some problems in her prenuptial agreement with Sam.
Her future husband wants it ironclad.
The talks have been taking longer than usual,” confided an insider to the print issue of Us Weekly. “Sam wants substantial increases for every fives years they are married, should it end.”
According to Us Weekly, before the pop star can walk down the aisle and marry her man of six years, the two will have to come to an understanding regarding who gets what during and after their marriage if they divorce.
It’s believed that the soon-to-be mother-of-three, is concentrating on planning their big day and details of the prenup left to her team to deal with.
“Britney’s staying out of the entire process,” they said. “She’s just letting her lawyers hash it out with Sam’s team.”
