Now that we are evolving in to a modern world, crazy cultural beliefs are slowly eroding leaving young lings in a dilemma on what side to pick.
Kamene and Obinna on Wednesday morning, brought up a conversation on how modern morals are colliding with the crazy cultural beliefs instilled by our fore fathers.
As a start, Kamene highlighted that, “as a grown man you should never sleep in your mother’s house!”and to counter that, Obinna replied, “Bro, I built that house and I have a room and its next to my mother’s room.”.
According to Kamene, if she ever finds her brother sleeping in her mum’s house, force will definitely be applied.
As Africans, there are fundamental beliefs that live within our communities such as never making eye contact with your mother-in-law or not sleeping in your mum’s house as a man.
