Eunice Nyambura Hunja, Jastorina’s mother-in-law has revealed the last words the late actress told her first born son Stephen Karogo.
Jastorina who was a celebrated actress passed away in 2015 after battling meningitis for a very short period.
Speaking during an interview with Tuko, she said,
“‘Be a man and help your brother.’ Those were the only words Jastorina spoke before breathing her last,” revealed Hunja.
Adding,”If Steve can find help, you guys would have made Jastorina’s vision possible. Steve has always been a contented boy.
He is never the type to go around asking for help, so if there is a way you can help him please do.”

In an earlier interview with Kamuhunjia, Steve said life for him and his younger brother has never been the same after her death.
“Her illness was very abrupt. She had gone for burial and when she came back she said she was not feeling very well.
I was informed about her illness and being a ‘mama’s boy’ I chose to come home and see her. The same month (July 2014) she started getting better then It got worse.
It was a very tormenting time for me. I had to stop schooling as she was the sole provider. My dad died in 2005. I had to move to a day school so that I could take care of her.”
