Businessman Jamal Marlow aka Jimal Rohosafi has vowed to be celibate for 3 years.
After a publicized marriage to Amira and a relationship with Amber Ray, Jimal has put a pause on the dating game.
In an exclusive interview with Mpasho, Jimal said his decision came after he analyzed how past relationships have distracted him from giving his best to his business.
“I was in relationships, and I had hiccups in my relationship… but for now I am single. I don’t think I can go into relationships again at this time. Maybe after 3 years, lemme secure the bag first then after 3 years I can concentrate on direct marriage,” he said.
Jimal, who is the Chairman of Association of Matatu Operators and CEO of Huduma Credit is keen on securing the bag right now so as to retire from business at 40 years.
But why does Jimal want to be single?
“When I am in a relationship I give it my all until I forget about myself and fail to concentrate on business. I have realized that I focus a lot when I am single…because when I wake up I think of Matatus…Huduma Credit…other businesses.”
He adds;
“I am somebody who is so weak when it comes to loving…I do love 100%, I do not hide.”
He started Huduma Credit 3 months ago and wants it to grow into a bank after 3 years.
Jimal says Huduma Credit is meant to provide financial support to people who dream of owning Matatus one day just like him.
