Machachari actress, Wanjiku Mburu alias Mama Baha, has revealed how she met the love of her life, David.
The two celebrated their first anniversary early this month. Speaking to Mpasho.co.ke, Wanjiku said she met her hubby like 12 years ago on set.
“I have known him for about 12 years. We met on set since he is a cameraman. Then we fell out and in 2021, I go for a hike in Ngong’ Hills and who do I see, him, we reconnected and the rest is history,” she said.
She described him as a gentle soul.
“The things that I prayed for are what I see in him and for my late mum would also pray for specific qualities in a man who would marry me. The most important thing was a man after God’s heart and one who loves God. If you can love God, he can love me.”
They are expecting a child together. She said that David is an answered prayer after a five days prayer and fasting in 2018.
She said one of the items she prayed for was a husband and God answered her prayers in 2021.
