Singer Bahati’s new hairdo has elicited mixed reactions among netizens, with many making fun of him for his decision.
Revealing the blonde wig look on his social media, the Adhiambo singer asked fans what they thought, saying the daring look was part of his upcoming music video with singer Otile Brown.
“Je unanifikiria??? Video drops today at midday #bahati ? @otilebrown,” he wrote.

However, this is not the first time the singer has caused an online stir with his daring hairstyle choices.
The father of four donned white braids not too long ago, a look that many were against.
“Bro, this is the look you get when you are only doing a show and removing the next day, however, the main point is that the hair is yours so you the one who determines what stays on it,” advised comedian Jalang’o.
@muthoni_blessed_ added: “This hairstyle looks awful plus it is copy-pasted from Rayvanny. You should have retained your signature look.”
Sometime in 2019, the singer got long dreadlocks. Displeased by the hairstyle, his wife Diana Marua asked him to cut them off.
“Babe, I never fold on you… but this look on you, NAAAAAHHHH ????@bahatikenya. Who’s with me? I just want the father of my kids back…. I’m sleeping with no stranger today aki,” wrote Diana.
