The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced a 12-hour shutdown of its iSCAN system on Sunday, October 11, to allow for scheduled maintenance.
In a notice, the authority said the system would be unavailable to all users from 4 am to 4 pm, affecting access to services provided through the platform during the maintenance period.
KRA urged stakeholders who rely on the system to take note of the planned interruption, apologising for any inconvenience caused.
“We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake this maintenance,” the authority said.
KRA did not specify the technical changes to be undertaken or indicate whether the maintenance would affect other digital platforms.
Users who require iSCAN services on Sunday have been advised to plan their activities accordingly and follow official communication from the authority for updates on the resumption of normal services.
