“Watu wa rika, why? I thought you were the majority, us guys who are married to younger men. We are the minority, and yet we have stuck to our marriages,” Musila said, challenging agemate couples who she claims cheat and separate at higher rates.
The remarks land after years of public scrutiny over her union with Guardian Angel, 34, who she met through radio host Maina Kageni in a collaboration that turned romantic. The two wed in a private ceremony in 2021, and their age gap has fueled online debate ever since, with Musila previously admitting her first marriage brought her little joy.
