President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto stole the show on Friday, September 4, 2026, as they joined thousands of worshippers at the grand finale of Rhema Feast 2026 at Uhuru Park in Nairobi.
The presidential couple’s appearance at the five-day Christian gathering drew significant attention, with the crowd warmly welcoming them as they took part in the highly anticipated closing celebrations.
This year’s Rhema Feast was held under the theme “Come, Let Us Reason Together,” bringing together Christians from different parts of the country for worship, prayer, teaching and fellowship.
Ruto and Rachel attended the event as the organisers brought the spiritual gathering to a close, creating a memorable moment for participants who had gathered at the expansive Uhuru Park grounds.
The event also featured Nigerian preacher Dr. David Ogbueli, the founder and General Overseer of Dominion City, who delivered a powerful message during the celebrations.
Ogbueli praised Kenya’s progress and declared that the country was rising and taking its place in the Commonwealth of Nations. He also recognised the presence of President Ruto and the First Lady, thanking them for attending the grand finale.
The presence of the Head of State and his wife added a significant national dimension to the religious gathering, which attracted worshippers seeking spiritual renewal and inspiration.
Throughout the event, the atmosphere remained vibrant as worshippers joined in praise and listened to messages centred on faith, hope and national transformation.
The grand finale marked the culmination of several days of spiritual activities, bringing together church leaders, ministers, worshippers and guests.
