Wema Sepetu actually disclosed the big news via a post that she made on her Instagram account on Saturday morning.
The sassy actress actually shared a video clip of the baby shower that she was thrown by her lover Whozu, who is also a renowned Bongo musician.
From the video, it was clear that it was indeed a surprise baby shower, because Wema Sepetu did not expect to see what she saw when she arrived at the location.
Her reaction was actually priceless after she saw how the venue had been elegantly decorated, and how several people had shown up for the event, including her close friends and family members.
The video also showed that Wema Sepetu already had a grown baby bump, a clear indication that she had been keeping the news of her pregnancy as a secret for a while before she finally decided to break it.
Wema Sepetu’s pregnancy struggles
Wema Sepetu had actually struggled for years to get her own baby because she had fertility challenges.
According to reports, the actress, who is now 35-years-old, always wanted to have her own child since she was 24-years-old, but unfortunately this was not possible because of her condition.
“I have always desired for a baby from the age of 24. I had this mentality that if I got a child early I would really be happy with my child. Then one day I go visit my gynecologist and he said that i had a growth and that my eggs were being produced, but they kept bursting and that is why I would get so many miscarriages. So he told me that if we didn’t solve it I would end up with cervical cancer, it has tortured me for a while” Wema Sepetu confessed on Lil Ommy TV a while back.
