Daniel Ndile, son of the late Kalemebe Ndile has announced his intention to vie for a political seat.
The 23-year -old says he is best suited for the job as he is self-driven and being a student leader at Daystar University has given him experience.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Mpasho, Dan shared,
“I believe I am the best person to bring change in Mavoko. I believe I have everything to make Mavoko great again. We have stayed in Mavoko for 15 years.
I want to build a centre to draw their talents. There is also a lot of insecurity in Mavoko so I want to get rid of that. I am doing this due to public demand.”

He added he isn’t worried about his competitors as the people on the ground are backing him up.
“I believe I am going to deliver. At Daystar, they teach us about servant leadership and I promise all the things I have promised in my manifesto.
I am not worried about competition as people on the ground are supporting me.”
Asked why he chose politics at such a tender age of 23, he responded
“The reason I am making this move is to encourage fellow youth. We have been waiting on these old folks but they have not been delivering.
My dad was very supportive, he even supported me when I was vying for the student leadership role.
Before he passed away we had planned I vie for MCA but after his death, my supporters pushed me to go for the MP seat.
One of the lessons I learned from my dad was that ‘If you want to see change you have to start by changing yourself first.”
