On Monday afternoon, a dormitory of Sameta Boys High School, located in Kisii County, caught fire, causing panic among the students as the fire engulfed the building.
Pictures and videos that were widely shared online showed that the dormitory was severely damaged after being burnt, with the building’s roof falling.
As for the cause of the fire, there are no answers yet as no official statement regarding this matter has been issued by the authorities.
There are no reports of casualties; however, more investigations into this accident will follow.
