Guardian and Musila

Kenyan gospel artist Guardian Angel has opened up about how he reinvented his career after noticing a slowdown in his music journey. The singer says he shifted his attention to agriculture and short-form video production as a way of creating new income streams and staying productive.

According to him, he has spent the past three years engaged in farming activities, including growing vegetables and onions, as well as keeping livestock. He says the decision has paid off, making him part of a growing number of farmers in the country who are now earning a steady income from agriculture.

Guardian Angel notes that farming has given him financial stability and a renewed sense of purpose outside the entertainment industry. He adds that agriculture has proven to be both sustainable and rewarding when done with consistency and commitment.

From the same farm, he and his wife, Esther Musila, also ventured into short-form content creation. The couple began sharing light-hearted videos from their rural lifestyle, including viral clips showing Esther serving him meals.

These videos quickly gained attention online, attracting millions of views across social media platforms. The increased visibility has not only boosted his online presence but also opened up additional income opportunities through digital engagement and brand influence.

Guardian Angel says the combination of farming and content creation has transformed his life, allowing him to balance family life, business, and entertainment.

He now encourages young people to explore multiple sources of income, especially in agriculture and digital media, as the modern economy continues to evolve.
