NTV has gathered exclusive videos and leaked WhatsApp chats revealing how D.Light CEO Nick Imudia was blackmailed by her personal assistant prompting him to take his own life by jumping off from a building.
Renowned CEO, Nick Imudia was one of Africa’s brightest corporate minds, who built a remarkable career acrosS telecommunications, e-commerce and digital transformation.
Nick had a Bachelor of Engineering from Finland, a Master’s degree from Denmark and an MBA in International Business Management.
He worked with global companies including Nokia where he was overseeing operations across West and Central Africa.
He later the Group CEO of D.LIGHT, leading renewable energy expansion across Africa and Asia while based in Nairobi
While working at D.light group as CEO, things took a different turn, he begun having a close relationship with his Personal assistant Diana Kavesa, Diana is reported to have booked expensive hotels to grow their love.
But worse, Diana had hidden cameras recording themselves while naked inside the hotels.
Everything was going well until she become pregnant and that’s when she started making wild demands.
She demanded hefty amount of money, expensive gifts or she would send the intimate videos to Nick’s wife and employers.
Nick continued to buy to her demands until he become emotionally and financially drained; his biggest fear was his wifey he didn’t want the wife to know he was having affair with her personal assistant.
Nick wanted some legal binding that would prevent Diana from telling his wife about their affair. She demanded for 50M, Nick said he could afford 5M but they settled on 8.5M
Through their lawyers the agreement was signed and money paid plus Nick’s pledge to support a child not yet born.
Before dust settled another figure entered the story, Melody Midewa, Diana’s friend from Kakamega posing as a mediator. She then asked Nick to connect her to a better job juu she was earning only 50K
He promised to look for something for her in Uganda; but Diana became impatient and started making her own demands.

Nick was shocked but agreed to pay her 700K.
During his final days the messages he shared were depicting a man on the verge of giving up.
The final blow allegedly came when Nick learned the affair he had with Diana had reached his wife.
He lost his 20-year marriage, did everything humanly possible to protect it and later lost his life.
