Kithure Kindiki, Kenya’s deputy president, is presently present at the funeral for the late lawmaker David Kiaraho. He has disclosed that conducting political activities at private rituals, weddings, and burials is not customary in the Mount Kenya region.
Due to what happened during a requiem mass in Olkalau two days ago, Kindiki has taken his time to publicly apologize. He was eager to point out that the apology was made on behalf of the opposition and government representatives who clashed on the stage because of their political disagreements.
Kindiki has pointed out that the only way we can create a wonderful nation is by pointing out when people make mistakes. He has disclosed that he will have a private meeting with the family and beg them to pardon the political elite.
