2021 has been a year like no other, apart from Kenyans fighting the Covid-19 pandemic the entertainment industry was full of scandals.
As the year almost comes to an end, below are some of the scandals that kept us entertained:
Samidoh vs Karen Nyamu
Mugithi maestro Samidoh caught many by surprise when Karen Nyamu revealed that her secondborn son had been sired by her.
This despite the fact that Samidoh is already married and has two kids with his first wife, Edday.
To seal the affair, Karen announced a few months ago that she was pregnant with another kid by the singer.
The couple is still together.

Jamal, Amira vs Amber Ray
The drama started after Jamal and Amber were spotted on a holiday in Coast. After the photos leaked out Jamal and Amber confirmed they were dating.
Jamal even sugar-coated things saying his first wife Amira had been told about it something she later denied.
The two co-wives were always at loggerheads and would air their dirty linen in public via social media.
Jamal is now a man in trouble as his first wife has asked for a divorce and sadly for him, he and Amber are no longer together. ( ‘According to their statements in public’) Kweli mtaka yote hukosa yote.
Proffesor Hamo vs Jemutai
Earlier in the year, Hamo was exposed by Jemutai for allegedly being a deadbeat dad. According to Jemutai, Hamo had stopped taking care of their two kids and the bills had started overwhelming her.
She reached out to Edgar Obare who helped her expose her baby daddy. After trending for days the two sat down and decided to patch things up.

A few minutes ago, Lillian Ng’ang’a stepped out with her lawyer Phillip Murgor, making some interesting claims about her former lover Alfred Mutua.

Eric Omondi vs Jacque Maribe
This is the most recent scandal. It became a scandal when Jacque Marie alleged that Eric Omondi has been a deadbeat dad for the last seven years.
According to Maribe, she did not want to expose Eric before as she was trying to protect their son.
She however said she had had enough of people assuming Eric is a perfect dad when he does nothing.
Eric hit back by saying that he and Maribe had only had a one-night stand in the past and that he wasn’t sure if he had fathered her child or not.
To be sure he said he wanted a DNA test done.
Kabi wa Jesus vs his cousin
Kabi trended after it was alleged that he had sired a child with his cousin.
At first, he downplayed the allegations but had nowhere to hide after DNA results confirmed he was the father.
He vowed to take responsibility for the daughter only known as Abby.
Many castigated him and questioned how he could sleep with his cousin yet he was a Christian. Kabi defended himself saying whatever happened, occurred while he was still living the secular life.
