Uriri member of parliament Mark Nyamita has had a go against Anglican bishop Charles Onginjo, over his criticism of the Broadbased formation.
The bishop asked why the Luo leaders were in full praise of the formation while it had only brought in two CS; Mbadi and Wandayi.
That whilst at it, the government had six CS’s from Mt Kenya, yet the two Luo leaders were the loudest in shouting two term.
He went on to say that shouting about Two Term while proclaiming that they are in government, showed how ‘cheap’ they are as a community.
That the Kikuyus are branded as being in opposition, with all the numbers of their people in government. That it is a fallacy.
Translation: Mark Nyamita, “I’m posing a question to that preacher, where do you want us to go to?”
Mark Nyamita while reacting asks, that where does he want the people to go to yet they are now seeing some benefits of being in government.
That are they now supposed to leave Ruto who is in government and go back to the opposition and start pursuing the government from there?
The preacher is remembered for having criticised Raila Odinga at some point over donations at Harambees.
