Kenyans have perfected the art of body shaming especially when one doesn’t meet the standards the people have set for him/her.
Mwalimu King’angi’ however thinks people take things out of context adding that body-shaming doesn’t exist.
Speaking during the Morning Conversation on Classic 105, Mwalimu advised people to accept themselves for who they are instead of always complaining.
“I have been called darkness before and I did not get mad. Don’t take everything personally.
If someone calls you fat just tell them God has blessed you with enough food. There are skinny people wakonde kama kiberiti how have they helped us?

Maina Kageni was however insistent that people should not judge someone because of how they look.
