Popular hypeman and entertainer MC Gogo has broken his silence after a blogger recently accused him of being gay and in a relationship with a city governor.
The claims, which spread rapidly across social media, sparked heated debate among Kenyans online.
The blogger alleged that MC Gogo’s success and rise to fame were linked to his supposed ties with the county boss, a statement that divided opinion.
While some users dismissed the claims as baseless gossip, others appeared convinced, fueling the controversy further.
In response, MC Gogo firmly denied the allegations, terming them malicious and damaging to his reputation.
Speaking during a live session, the entertainer said he had worked hard to build his brand and would not allow false narratives to tarnish his image.
“I know who I am, and these stories being pushed around are lies. People want to bring me down, but I won’t let them. My success is through hard work, not shortcuts,” he declared.
MC Gogo further hinted at taking legal action against the blogger, warning that spreading unverified claims about people’s personal lives has consequences.
His remarks have since drawn massive support from fans and fellow entertainers, urging him to stand strong against cyber-bullying.
