A move by the Law Society of Kenya and PLP party leader Martha Karua to withdraw from the case hearing on the abduction claims of IT Expert Ndiangui Kinyagia has raised questions within the ODM camp.

In the new move, Karua and LSK who were very vocal to accuse the DPP are now seeking to withdraw from representing Ndiangui Kinyagia.

Among those that have reacted to the move include vocal ODM politician and key Raila Odinga ally, Robert Alai.

Speaking through his official X page on Thursday, the 24th of July, the vocal Lawyer has questioned why Karua has chosen to withdraw from the case even after being vocal in accusing the Government of Ndiangui’s abduction.

Mr. Ndiangui has in his statement said that he is even ready to tell the court on the whereabouts of his disappearance, a move that has led to the move by Karua and LSK to withdraw from the case.

In his concerns, and while questioning the move, Alai has alleged that the two Lawyers probably do not want to hear the truth.

In his message to Karua and LSK President Faith Odhiambo, Alai has insisted that the two should stay on course and not shy away from hearing the truth about Ndiangui’s case after accusing the DPP of the abduction claims.

“Why are they running away from the truth. They don’t want to hear the truth?Martha Karua and Faith Odhiambo you need to listen to the truth,” wrote the vocal ODM politician.
