Actress Mary Biketi has sparked conversation online after a playful comment during a recent trip to Kisii. The popular actress was travelling with her close friend, Nyaboke Moraa, when she made a lighthearted remark that caught attention.
In a video shared on social media, Biketi joked, “I’m in Kisii. I want a Kisii man to give me things. You’ll make me angry? Then I want bananas… then keep them. Then I want a Luhya.”
Many fans were amused, but others started asking serious questions about her relationship with politician Wycliffe Oparanya. The two haven’t been seen together recently, leaving fans wondering if they are still a couple.
Oparanya had earlier confirmed he was dating Biketi, and even revealed that his two wives were aware of the relationship. He said they often travelled together, and Biketi once shared that she respects the politician’s wives and keeps her distance to avoid issues.
She also spoke about how hard polygamous relationships can be, advising women who can’t handle it to avoid such unions. Biketi has always denied claims that she is dating Oparanya for money. She explained that some men truly support the women in their lives.
In 2024, Biketi sadly lost her pregnancy at five months. She said the pressure from online criticism after her photos with the CS were leaked was too much and may have led to the miscarriage.
Despite the tragedy, she thanked her friends for standing by her during the difficult time. Her recent playful statement has once again placed her in the spotlight, with many still curious about her current relationship status.
