On Thursday morning, there was shock and fear in Kisii County after a burnt human hand was found tied to the door of a tailor’s shop using a piece of wire.
The strange and scary discovery left many residents speechless, with some saying they have never seen such a thing in their lives.
In a video that is now going viral on social media, the owner of the shop is seen calling for help after noticing the burnt hand at his door. Soon, many people from the area gathered to witness the shocking scene, wondering who could do such a thing and why.
Speaking to the media, the tailor said he was confused and scared. He said he believes this is witchcraft being used to stop him from growing his business.
“I don’t understand why someone would do this to me. I have many enemies who don’t want to see me succeed,” he said.
He added that he plans to report the matter to the police so that they can investigate and remove the hand from his shop. He also said he would invite a pastor to pray for his business and protect it from evil forces.
“Only God can protect me now,” he added.
