Latest reports indicates that police officers both juniors and seniors have turned against interior cabinet secretary Kipchumba Murkomen’s shoot to kill order.
Speaking as reported by Monday’s Standard publication, a police officer has condemned CS Murkomen’s order saying he should first save OCS talaam and Police constable Mukhwana from the storm they are facing for them to believe him.
The officer added that it was disappointing to see such remarks from a CS of interior who is as well as lawyer who should be defending people’s rights.
Another officer prayed his colleagues not to take the orders seriously warning rule of law will apply and they’re the one who will bear the blame.
