Football Kenya Federation president McDonald Mariga announces death of his mother, Mildred Wanyama on Saturday morning of 14th June.
Mariga the brother to the footballer star Victor Wanyama who has previously played for the Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur said that their mother died in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
He did not disclose the cause of the death but promised to disclose the funeral plans.
Mariga’s father was also known as a great footballer who played for the AFC Leopards. Moreover the family also has children competing in sports at the top levels.
According to the Nation Media Group is that the family has starting holding meetings since morning and will appoint it’s spoke person.
