Renowned Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones has stunned fans by revealing his dramatic weight loss journey, shedding 22 kilograms in just three months.
Known for his imposing physique and lyrical strength, the rapper opened up about his decision to take control of his health through an intense combination of intermittent fasting, selective dieting, and physical training.
Speaking candidly, Khaligraph said he weighed 137 kilograms at his heaviest and felt the urgent need to make a change. “I had to do something drastic. My weight was just too much,” he admitted.
He turned to intermittent fasting — a method that restricts eating to specific windows of time — and adopted a strict diet consisting only of sweet potatoes, apples, and water. He said the process was intense and not something he would recommend for everyone due to its extreme nature.
“I starved myself to lose some weight,” he said. “That’s what worked for me at the time, but I was also training consistently.”
Thanks to his dedication, Khaligraph dropped from 137 kg to 115 kg, a major transformation in a relatively short time. The change has been visible to fans, many of whom have praised his discipline and determination.
