a total of 11 leaders from President William Ruto’s turf Uasin Gishu County have been officially rendered jobless after the court made a landmark rulling.
As shared by the source,the 11 Ruto allies and associates of United Democratic Alliance have lost their MCA seats after the rulling by High Court, that has been made today 1,September .
This move comes after the High Court of Kenya upheld early rulling on the nullification of their seats.
The affected areas will now have to wait for a new directions from the independent electoral body and if new bi election will take place.
It is noted that High Court has officially announced that the 11 MCA will no longer be representatives of people and are officially fired. The nullification was upheld after earlier ruling that also revoked their nomination.
